Access Control & Safety Committee (ASC)
Core Value: Our community will be a safe
place to live. The committee seeks effective gate access controls for
vehicles. Real security is the responsibility of each of the members to
stay alert and to protect their property.

Recent Accomplishments:
The
committee has completed administrative work to document and support the
installation of our new transponder-activated automated entry system
(developed and rewritten policy, new application forms, reviewed special
request applications, etc.).
Current Priorities:
The committee will be working on developing full use of our new
GateHouse access control software.
Crime Alert:
Several break ins have been reported in recent weeks. Please read the
attached recommendations and take reasonable precautions.
Security advice It is very important
that members report all suspicious our known criminal activity even if it seems
to be too late to do any think about it.
