Board of Governors approve new signs for Gateway Greens.  The board had the old directional signs removed as they were badly discolored and warped from dry rot and mildew and were deemed to be no longer useful.  Several other signs will be replaced however.  These include the golf cart crossing warning signs. the rear gate closed sign, the backing for the bulletin boards, and the no truck's allowed sign at the front gate.  In addition to replacing these four signs, the board agreed to purchase two new signs which say "Gateway Greens" one for each gate entryway.  The next step is to seek  design review approval and competitive bidding.  The center leg visible in the picture below will not be visible when installed.  Of the two post options show for the entry signs, the board approved the three end post arrangement.
