The Board of Governors meet as frequently as necessary but no less than once a quarter as required by Florida statute.

All members of the association are encouraged to attend all meetings of the board.  Meeting notices are posted on the bulletin boards located at each of the entrances to Gateway Greens.

Whereas all association members including members of the board are bound by all decisions made by the board, it behooves the membership to read the minutes listed on the left.
