Design Review Sub-committees.
In order to insure prompt Design Review and improved advisory services to our members, the DRC created the following sub-committees.
When you make an application for a modification to your landscape or to repaint your house a different color, the DRC will forward your request to one of the above committees for a preliminary investigation. The sub-committee will provide the DRC with a recommendation by their next meeting. If you want advice on landscaping or paint color selection, email the DRC from their page on this web site. They will forward your request to the appropriate sub-committee.
