Portable Basketball Hoops

1. Homeowner is required to submit an application to DRC .

2. Portable basketball hoops required to be placed off the driveway on a pad or on the driveway adjacent to the garage door.

3.  If the basketball hoop is on a  pad, it must be screened with shrubs

4.  Portable Basketball hoops must be dismantled during a hurricane threat.

5.  During hurricane or severe storm, homeowner is solely responsible for any damage the BB hoops may cause due to improper storage

6.  DRC approval predicated on sub association approval

7.  The portable basketball hoop must be maintained in good condition with the hoop rope intact and good repair (not torn), and the base painted and free from chips 

8.  Homeowner must sign release releasing GGCA from any damage caused by portable basketball hoop
