Design Review Application Instructions:

   Any Alteration to the Exterior of you Property requires design review approval. 

1. To read the design review Manual
2. To apply for design review download and complete  Request for Design Review.  You can also request an application from the property manager.  Completed applications can be dropped off at the Main Gate
3. Applications not requiring attachments or sketches may be made on-line using the   Short Form
4. Storm Shutter applications require a Shutter Addendum. 
5. Landscape applications require a Landscape Addendum
6. Permanent Generator applications require a Generator Addendum

9. To repaint your house the same color, no application is required.  For new colors Paint colors  may prove helpful.
10. To replace trees or bushes with identical ones does not require approval.  To use different plant material, please consult  Landscape Criteria
11. If you reside in Sable Dunes, The Cottages, or Hidden Links mail your application to Cornerstone Management.
12. If you do not reside in a participating neighborhood, you can mail the completed application to or drop off the application at:
