Meetings: Because this committee has authority to make binding decisions on design review applications, all of its meetings will be posted and open to all members of the community. See board authorization
Meetings are held at the Country Club at 6:30 P.M. 2008 remaining Schedule: May 14, June 4, June 25, July 16, August 6, August 27, Sept. 17, Oct. 8, Oct. 29, Nov. 19, & Dec. 10.

Goals: Preserve and enhance property values by assuring harmony and aesthetics throughout the community. Landscape design will enhance the beauty and value of each home and the community. While maintaining the goals, ensure that the documents provide flexibility to accommodate changing trends and allow for environmentally friendly materials. The committee will fulfill the responsibilities as defined in the Design Review Manual. A copy of which can be seen here: Design Review Manual
Design Review: The DRC will review and approve, conditionally approve, or deny applications for Design Review. To submit an application for design review download the application and submit it to property management. Application for Design Review All decisions will be made publicly. In some cases you may qualify to use the Short Form to apply on line. To lean more go to Short Form found on the left of this page. To assist homeowners in making applications for Design Review, the committee will, from time to time, adopt criteria it will use to review applications. See: Design Review Criteria
Design Review Infringements: The DRC will review covenant infringements. An infringement is a deviation from the design standards not approved by Gateway Greens as confirmed by property management.
Standing Advisory Sub-committees: To facilitate the review of Design Review Applications and to provide homeowner assistance in completing the design review application, the DRC created two advisory sub-committees. These are the Landscape subcommittee and the Paint subcommittee. To learn more go to Design Review Sub-committees
