We turned your suggestion over to our new property manager, Lourdes McLeod, CAM. This is her reply: "I spoke with the homeowner, apparently the plumber recommended that it be placed this way because the lawn care guys were running over it and causing damage. She asked if she could maybe plant something around it. I told her I look into it." We will follow up with Lourdes to find out how she has will remedy this problem.
Follow up: I see that the errant drainpipe on Mahogany Run has been corrected and I ask that you pass on my “Thank You” to the board for the fix. The assistance of all those who helped to solve the problem is deeply appreciated.
