We do have plans to freshen the Westlinks gate.  Because of water restrictions, we may not be able to complete any landscaping until the rainy season.  Also, the Westlinks gate is still the entrance for most commercial and all construction traffic.  As such, it will not be equal in appearance to the front or main gate entrance.
