Board Response  (Sept. 2007)

Because so many homeowners are having trouble accessing Westlinks’ gate, we are going to install a temporary scanner and will be sending ours in for trouble-shooting. We should have the new equipment installed by Monday, October 1, 2007. We hope this will correct the bar code problem. Also, bar codes do wear out and should be replaced every two years. If you are having difficulty with gate access, we will replace your bar code free of charge. You will need to check with the security guard at the main gate.
