I am closing on a home on Championship Drive the first week of November and wanted to know if I would be allowed to install a fence on my property. I am looking to install a fence on the side of my property from the pool screen enclosure door up the side towards the front of the house. How do you go about reporting a possible design infringement? The roof and driveway on my street was just repainted orange. Several neighbors on the block question this color choice.
