If you feel that your roof is clean and does not need to be power washed, please let our property manager, Lourdes McLeod, know. She will be happy to take a second look at your roof.

Our documents require that we give homeowners 30 days to fix their violation before any action can be taken. However, as mentioned above, we recommend that you contact Lourdes. If your roof is indeed in need of cleaning, than it will be your responsibility to remedy the situation. You will have the ability to mediate the disagreement after your complaint is turned over to the attorney.
