One of the offensive yards along the golf course is scheduled to be mowed and shrubbery trimmed this week. 

The new property manager, Dani Rounds, will spend several hours a week visiting neighborhoods looking for covenant violations.  Dani will be sending out letters giving the homeowners 30 day notices to remedy the infraction.  We hope this will provide the necessary incentive for homeowners to comply with our bylaws.   The Board has communicated to the property manager that cleaning up our neighborhoods is our number one priority.  We hope to see a difference in a month or so.
