Regarding your late payment, we are required to send out invoices at least 3 weeks prior to the start of a new quarter.  We feel this requirement is being satisfied when we sent out your coupon booklet at the start of the payment cycle.  You were given all the information you needed (due dates, amounts) for the entire year. Everyone on the board understands that homeowners are sometimes busy and forget to pay their bills.  However, we are experiencing an increasing number of homeowners not paying their quarterly assessments.  This impacts everyone in GGCA. Alliant does offer direct debit which would eliminate the need for you to remember to pay quarterly assessment.
